How We Started Refer A Veteran

My name is Spencer, and I am a Co-owner of KNS Junk Removal. I served 6 years in the Minnesota National Guard as an Infantryman. When my wife and I started this company, one of my main objectives was to be able to give back to the Veteran community. “Refer a Veteran” is our way of saying thank you and helping fellow Veterans in the community.


If you are a Veteran or know someone who is a Veteran and needs our services, simply fill out the information below. Every month, we will draw an entry at random for a Veteran to receive a free Junk Removal service, valued at $600!


We also offer a 10% discount for all Veterans on any services offered!

  • How does Refer A Veteran works?

    Refer A Veteran works like this. 

    Contact us or complete the form, telling us a bit about the veteran you are nominating to receive free junk removal services valued at up to $600. We will contact you to get more information as to why you believe they deserve our services. 

    Every month, we draw an entry and provide the winning veteran with $600 worth of junk removal services for free. 


  • Do you offer discounts to veterans?

    KNS Junk Removal Services offers 10% discounts to Veterans in Forest Lake and the Minnesota communities we service. 

  • How will I find out if the person I nominated won?

    If the veteran you nominated has won free junk removal, we contact them directly. 

    If you want your nomination to be anonymous, we will not tell the winner your name. 

    If you want to know if the person you nominated won, let us know that and we will contact you as well. 

  • What happens to the nominations that don't win that month?

    Nominations that don't win are kept in the hat for future draws. 

  • Can I nominate the same veteran more than once?

    If the veteran you nominated hasn't won, you can nominate them again. However, to keep the process as fair as possible, you cannot submit the same person multiple times in a given month.
